4Site are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our client, a leading high-end residential main contractor. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of high-end residential projects, maintaining the highest standards in health and safety, site support, project management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of two-to-three projects.
  • Ensure all site activities align with health and safety regulations while promoting best practices.

  • Coordinate training, maintain documentation, and assist in reporting incidents to drive continuous improvement in site safety.

  • Support the construction team by organising site logistics and ensuring seamless communication across project stakeholders.

  • Monitor site progress, address challenges, and maintain the company’s high standards.

  • Assist in managing project documentation, overseeing procurement processes, and supporting pre-construction planning.

  • Ensure all relevant project materials are up to date, accessible, and in line with company policies.

  • Identify gaps, manage revisions, and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Act as a representative for the company in community engagement, addressing concerns and supporting sustainability initiatives.

  • Organise outreach efforts and contribute to environmental and CSR programmes.

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients post-completion, ensuring a smooth handover process and managing aftercare requirements.

  • Address client concerns efficiently and gather feedback to refine and improve project outcomes.
