Our client are aleading construction firm specializing in innovative residential projects. With a commitment to quality and sustainability, we are embarking on an exciting new build project featuring reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead this significant venture and drive it to successful completion.

Position Overview:
As the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from initial planning through to completion. You will lead a dedicated team, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless flow from design to delivery.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Implement and uphold safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
  • Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor and support project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Report on project progress and present updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in managing large-scale residential construction projects, particularly with RC frame structures.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
