Project Director opportunity working for a leading main contractor on a major flagship residential scheme in North London.

About the role of Project Director

Looking for a Project Director to work on residential new build and refurbishment project in London which is approx 150million in value.

Responsibilities for Project Director

• Full responsibility of the project delivery, pulling together design, commercial and operation team for a successful project delivery.
• This Project Director will report into the Divisional Director and have a team reporting in, made up of Project/Site managers.
• Push the project along and work closely with the client.

Requirements for Project Director

• Looking for a dynamic leader who can make decisions, be solution led, excellent client management who is diplomatic and understanding.
• Looking for a Project Director who has residential remediation experience at a large scale.

This is a great opportunity to work for a very successful main contractor who are currently growing and getting to work on some really exciting projects.
