Exciting Project Director opportunity in Central London for a leading refurbishment and modernisation company.
About the role of Project Director:
Working on a commercial construction project valued around 65 million, with a focus on CAT A, cut + carve, light structural work and externals.
Responsibilities for Project Director:
- Acting as No.1 on site with a Project Manager reporting into you
- Day to day Client interaction
- Ensuring programme is met
- Tendering and winning key contracts
Requirements for Project Manager:
- Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
- Experience working as a Project Director on projects valued over 40 million
- CAT A, CAT B and light structural experience
- Cut + Carve & commercial fit out experience
