Exciting Project Director opportunity in Central London for a leading refurbishment and modernisation company.

About the role of Project Director:

Working on a commercial construction project valued around 65 million, with a focus on CAT A, cut + carve, light structural work and externals.

Responsibilities for Project Director:

  • Acting as No.1 on site with a Project Manager reporting into you
  • Day to day Client interaction
  • Ensuring programme is met
  • Tendering and winning key contracts

Requirements for Project Manager:

  • Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
  • Experience working as a Project Director on projects valued over 40 million
  • CAT A, CAT B and light structural experience
  • Cut + Carve & commercial fit out experience
