Project Director - £60m Cut and Carve Project, Cat A Fit-Out, Finsbury Square
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Director to lead a high-profile £60m cut and carve project with a Cat A fit-out in the heart of Finsbury Square, London. This exciting opportunity is with a leading main contractor based in London, and the project is due to kick off in July. With a project timeline of 88 weeks, this is an excellent chance to take the reins on a complex, high-value development.
On the 8th floor a new extension will provide office accommodation, a winter garden, a new landscaped communal terrace for the whole building and a terrace dedicated to the 8th floor office space and WCs serving the office and terrace. A new bridge will connect the lift lobby with the wintergarden. New efficient plant is installed on the roof with photo voltaic panels to provide a renewable source of energy for the building. Sustainable design is also a high priority for the project.
Salary - £140,000 + Package
