Project Director opportunity working for a tier one main contractor on a major new project in Suffolk area which is circa 180million.

About the role of Project Director

Looking for a Project Director who has experience delivering major projects for a tier one main contractor to work on a mixed use scheme which will consist of residential and commercial.

Responsibilities for Project Director

• Full responsibility of the project delivery, pulling together design, commercial and operation team for a successful project.
• This Project Director will report into the Divisional Director and have a team reporting in, made up of Project/Site managers.
• Working with the client, working closely with the design and commercial team in the planning of project.
• Building relationships with the client and ensuring client is satisfied with the project progress.

Requirements for Project Director

• It would be beneficial to have MOJ/MOD/Defence or major project experience.
• Looking for a dynamic leader who can make decisions, be solution led, excellent people management and client relationships.
• Looking for a Project Director who has well rounded knowledge who has worked for a tier one main contractor on projects over 100million.
• Looking for a Project Director who can take a holistic view on a project and problem solve.
