Their head office is in Essex, but they operate primarily across London.
The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced Joinery Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-end joinery packages in the London region. Reporting to the Construction Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from design coordination through manufacture and installation, ensuring seamless delivery on-site.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Overseeing production and installation of bespoke joinery packages.
- Managing contract values from 1m to 6m.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met.
- Coordinating with the in-house design and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Managing site teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintaining strict health & safety compliance on-site.
- Providing progress reports to senior management.
Salary & Benefits
- 65,000 - 75,000 + Package (dependent on experience).

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in bespoke joinery.
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, site installation, and finishing.
- Experience managing high-value joinery projects for leading main contractors.
- Excellent leadership, client management, and commercial awareness.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations within the joinery sector.
