A Project management & Cost consultancy with around 70 professional staff that work on behalf of commercial developers, investors, funds and occupiers requires a Project Manager to join their team.The company specialises in development and refurbishment of hotels, and the development of residential apartments and commercial offices and also have been involved in the development of a number of landmark mixed-use projects. They have an impressive list of clients, covering a vast array of work and have dealt with projects of up to £500 million in value.

They seek a project manager from a construction consultancy, developer or client background, you should have previous experience in one of the following; Hotels, Residential (apartments) or commercial offices. In addition to this you must be able to present to your clients at board level, and this is absolutely crucial because the company are strongly client focused and all of their people have direct client contact.
