My client is now looking to hire 2 x Project Managers with experience within Cut & Carve & Structural Alteration projects between the values of 1 million to 15 million.

My client has been in the industry for over 40 years and are experts in providing structural solutions to the construction and refurbishment markets. Who specialise in groundwork, drainage, structural alterations, concrete frames and basement construction.

The Role

• Reporting to and working alongside the Senior Contracts Manager
• Overseeing site supervision and health & safety compliance from start to finish.
• Producing RAMS, cost plans, and project programmes
• Managing materials, site operations, and subcontractors
• Ensuring quality assurance and client satisfaction
• Providing progress reports and managing client expectations
