We are currently seeking a ProjectManager to oversee and manage the successful delivery of major facades projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage facade projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and ensure prompt resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Facades Project Manager, ideally within the construction or building sector.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with clients effectively.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience working on high-profile or large-scale projects would be an advantage.
