Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team at a leading passive fire protection company. The ideal candidate will have experience within the fire protection industry, though we also welcome applicants with transferable skills from related fields such as construction, engineering, or safety management.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager will manage and oversee passive fire protection projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout project execution.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the fire protection or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of passive fire protection systems and related codes/regulations is preferred.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
