Project Manager  – Project Manager  – Fast-Track - Restaurant Fit Out         

Are you a  project manager  who has recent experience of overseeing high end-fast-track  restaurant fit out projects and are looking for a new permanent position? 

We are recruiting on behalf of a well established high-end restaurant fit-out contractor, who are based in West London and are looking to add to their delivery team on a permanent basis. 

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Compiling construction phase plans 
• Programming 
• Liaising with client , directors,designers and site teams
• Chairing site meetings
• Progress reports
• Assisting with final accounts
   

Experience & Requirements :

• Recent experience of managing fast-track restaurant fit out projects
• Client Facing 
• Trades background
• Local to Manchester & Leeds
• Able to provide references
