Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of NICE CXone implementations for clients.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clients, technical teams, and vendors, to deliver seamless integrations.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients on best practices for NICE CXone deployment.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring all milestones are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring that deliverables align with business goals.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, compliance requirements, and internal processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in delivering NICE CXone implementations or similar customer experience platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
