I have been asked to find a Project Manager with a reinforced concrete contracting background to run a 6 m RC - sub and superstructure package in Wapping- East London.
My client is a long established specialist in the groundworks and reinforced concrete sector working on projects of up to around the 30 m mark. They tend to work on 'interesting projects' i.e.. those that are technically challenging and away from the standard residential structures, for example.
There will be ongoing work once this project is completed and my client is happy to pay up to (and beyond for exceptional candidates) 450 per shift.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years relevant experience, a Civil or Structural Engineering degree and will have worked their way up the traditional route from Site Engineer to Project Manager with all the necessary stages in between.
You will need to be able to complete the project successfully whilst managing quality, safety, client liaison, planning and technical/design related matters.
There are a number of other projects on the horizon so I could potentially need 3 Project Managers over the next month or two. Thus, it is worth applying even if the location of this project doesn't suit your requirements.
Please get in touch for a confidential discussion regarding this and other opportunities that may suit your skills, experience and aspirations.
