About the Company

Our client is a leading provider workplace solutions and educational refurbishments across London and SW of England. They are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join their team in Clerkenwell and help deliver projects up to circa £1m. Great time to join and exciting and rapidly expanding team.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record to join their experienced delivery team in Clerkenwell. Your primary role would be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

The key roles and responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Project Planning: The Project Manager would work with the project team to develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Resource Management: They would manage resources required for the project, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Risk Management: They would identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the project.
  • Quality Control: The Project Manager would be responsible for ensuring that all work performed meets or exceeds the required standards of quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: They would manage communication and relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Budget Management: They would be responsible for managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Schedule Management: They would manage the project schedule to ensure that all work is completed on time.
