Our Key Client, within the Charitable Sector, is presently seeking an experienced Business Change Project Manager to head up the change of their CRM system.

The Project Manager will be heading up the change of the CRMand database system, including the selection process, tendering and roll out. The successful applicant would require to have significant experience of same. Project size approximately 1-1.5m.

Total users circa 130 personnel across the UK, and you would be based at their London HQ for some of the time, where you will be working with the key stakeholders.

Duties, not limited to:

  • Managing system/vendor selection process and tender
  • Working with chosen vendor and internal teams to define project deliverables, features, functionality and budgets
  • Working with chosen vendor and internal teams to create and agree project timeline with tasks, timelines, resources, risks and costs
  • Working with internal staff to identify and recruit additional resource required to deliver project
  • Monitor project progress against plan
  • Managing project timeline, milestones and budget
  • Reporting to stakeholders on project status, project process and project budget
  • Managing stakeholder expectations
  • Attend project board meetings
  • Run project working group meetings
  • Manage vendor relationship
  • Manage data migration, testing plans, acceptance testing

At this stage, I would envisage the successful applicant being employed directly to the charity, but I would also be happy to speak with those who only operate on a limited company contract basis.
