Exciting Project Manager opportunity in Central London for a leading refurbishment and modernisation company.

About the role of Project Manager:

Working on commercial construction projects valued 5 - 35 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B, fit out, cut + carve, light structural work and externals.

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

  • Acting as No.1 on site with a Project Director present 1/2 days a week
  • Communication with sub contractors
  • Day to day Client interaction
  • Ensuring programme is met

Requirements for Project Manager:

  • Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
  • Experience working as a Project Manager on projects valued over 5 million
  • CAT A, CAT B and light structural experience
  • Cut + Carve & commercial fit out experience
