Project Manager opportunity working on a brand new high end fit-out project in the heart of London with a leading main contractor.

About the role of Project Manager

Looking for a Project Manager who has led a project at circa 30million with a Construction management form of contract who can lead from the front on an exclusive scheme in the heart of London.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

• Full responsibility of the project delivery, design, commercial and construction management form of contract.
• This Project Manager will report to an Operations Director and have a full site team reporting into them.
• Project Manager will be the main point of contact for the client and stakeholders.

Requirements for Project Manager

• Looking for an experienced Project manager who is commercially astute and has managed a 'construction management form of contract' before.
• Looking for a Project Manager who has well rounded knowledge and has experience in delivering the high end fit out at a large scale.
• Looking for a Project Manager who is career focused and wanting to progress within a leading main contractor.

This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting new project which will be the first of many schemes with this particular client.
