Project Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00

Salary - up to 60,000 + 5880 Car Allowance

Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid Position)

We're working with one of our biggest clients who have taken over one of the largest government contracts in the UK to look for a Project Manager with experience in managing a portfolio (PMO) of projects and ensuring the delivery of these projects to the highest level of service.

This position is a hybrid national position, however a candidate aroudn Canary Wharf/Greater London would be beneficial due to requirements of being in the office 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will come from a Facilities Management background but all area of project management is invited to apply for the role.

Qualifications/Experience required for a Project Manager:

• Relevant project management experience with relevant qualifications (Prince2, PMP, SSSTS, SMSTS)
• Electrical, Mechanical or MEP qualifications (ideal, but not essential)
• Experience running a portfolio of projects simultaneously

Job Responsibilities for a Project Manager:

• Managing individual project plans across the contract. This will not be direct site involvement but largely remote management of the site
• Holding owners of tasks to account and ensuring works are completely promptly and to the highest standard
• Build relationships with the clients to create a positive working environment but also discuss ongoing and future works
