We specialize in Net Zero Retrofit works, delivering high-quality projects that contribute to environmental sustainability. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee our retrofit works, particularly focusing on Solid Wall Insulation (CWI), External Wall Insulation (EWI), roofing, and window installations.

Role Overview:
As our Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing various retrofit projects aimed at achieving Net Zero in the social housing sector. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing similar projects, particularly in the context of social housing and working with local authorities.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of Net Zero Retrofit works in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including consultants, local authority planning departments, and contractors.
  • Manage the installation processes of CWI, EWI, roofing, and window projects while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality, providing guidance and support to the project team.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date, maintaining comprehensive records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with conservation authorities to ensure compliance in conservation areas, mitigating any potential issues.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with the project team to discuss progress and resolve any challenges that may arise.
  • Monitor health and safety practices on site, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction or social housing sector.
  • Degree/NVQ Level 6 or equivalent in a construction-related field.
  • CSCS Card is essential.
  • Familiarity with Solid Wall Insulation (CWI), External Wall Insulation (EWI), roofing, and window installations.
  • Experience working with consultants and local authority planning departments.
  • Familiarity with working in conservation areas is highly desirable.
  • Asbestos awareness training and Duty to Manage certification are desirable.
