Exciting Project Manager opportunity in Central London for a leading fit out and refurbishment specialist.
About the role of Project Manager:
Working on commercial office construction projects valued 1 - 10 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B, CAT A+ and fit out.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Acting as No.1 on site with reporting to a visiting Project Director
- Communication with sub contractors
- Day to day Client interaction
- Ensuring programme is met
Requirements for Project Manager:
- Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
- Experience working as a Project Manager on commercial fit out projects valued up to 10 million
- CAT A, CAT B and CAT A+ experience
- Commercial office fit out experience
