This exciting role comes with a basic salary of up to 60,000 (negotiable) plus car allowance, holiday, medical insurance and other benefits. The typical size of these fire installation projects will be from (c) 250k to over 1m, the successful applicant will be responsible for running multiple projects that need to be delivered on time and within budget, capitalising on any commercial opportunities whilst liaising with the client and managing contractors, so excellent contractual and commercial experience will be needed for this role.
Candidates for this role need a proven track record in successfully delivering fire detection and/or security systems projects, being both commercially and contractually aware, and ideally being electrically or mechanically qualified with working knowledge of BS 5839. A full driving licence and the ability to communicate well with clients and contractors alike are also essential to the position
