I am currently looking for a Project Manager (No1 on site) for a 30 unit luxury apartment scheme.
My client is delivering an RC frame new build scheme in North West London. Individual should have a proven track record in delivering high spec new build residential apartments from inception to completion as well as managing full site programme.
Individual should be comfortable running labour, subcontractors, strong understanding of design elements and worked in logistically challenging sites previously.
The frame is complete and complex facade installation and internals to complete. They are looking for someone on a temp to perm basis (6 weeks temp). This would be a fixed contract permanent role, with a view to extend should they secure further projects in London locations.
