PSR Solutions are recruiting for a Project Manager in London. This will be working with a civil engineering specialist company, who are delivering multiple projects in and around the London area, which will require the Project Manager to deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing each of the sites you'll be allocated to
- Financial forecasts
- You will be needed to deliver the projects from design to completion phases
- Progress reviews and meetings
- Review work packages
- Liaise with all teams and maintain good relationships with them and clients
- Manage all site investigations when needed
- Fulfil the clients needs
- Make sure that all Project Plans, risk assessments, method statements, site waste management plans, and procurement of plant and materials are in line with company procedures
- Keep and maintain site records
- Liaise with commercial team to analyse and keep costs down
- Assist with estimating team with any new tenders
- Bring on new clients when needed
Person Specification:
- A Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering
- NEC Contract experience
- Primavera P6 software or equivalent experience
- MEICA Capabilities
- CDM, design management, risk management and cost control experience required
- CSCS manager's card
- SMSTS
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- Ability to work in a team and showcase good communication skills
- Ability to manage and deliver a successful project with minimal guidance
- Showcase your problem-solving skills when required
