About the role of Project Manager:

Working on commercial office construction projects valued 1 - 10 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B, CAT A+ and fit out.

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

  • Acting as No.1 on site with reporting to a visiting Project Director
  • Communication with sub contractors
  • Day to day Client interaction
  • Ensuring programme is met

Requirements for Project Manager:

  • Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
  • Experience working as a Project Manager on commercial fit out projects valued up to 10 million
  • CAT A, CAT B and CAT A+ experience
  • Commercial office fit out experience
