Exciting Project Manager opportunity in Central London for a specialist high end joinery contractor.
About the role of Project Manager:
Working on high end residential fit out projects valued 400k - 4 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B, joinery and fit out.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Acting as No.1 on site working on projects from pre-con to hand over
- Communication with sub contractors
- Day to day Client interaction
- Ensuring programme is met
Requirements for Project Manager:
- Experience working on commercial and residential fit out projects
- Strong joinery experience
- Experience working as a Project Manager on projects valued up to 4 million
- CAT A, CAT B and joinery experience
