Exciting Project Manager opportunity for a leading Tier 1 fit out and refurbishment company.
About the role of Project Manager:
Working on commercial office fit out projects valued around 5 - 30 million, with a focus on CAT A and CAT B fit out.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Involved in tendering, presenting programme & logistics (supported by Director level)
- Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
- Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site staff
- Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
Requirements for Project Manager:
- Experience working as a Project Manager on commercial fit out projects across Central London
- Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
- CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out experience
- Experience working from pre-construction through to delivery
