Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project life cycle from pre-construction to completion.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality standards and exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure the project runs on schedule and within budget, managing resources effectively.
• Report to senior stakeholders and keep them informed of project progress.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise to maintain project momentum.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the high-end residential refurbishment sector.
• Strong understanding of complex construction projects and technical details.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines with precision.
