We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager for an exciting commercial fit-out project in London. This is an excellent opportunity to manage and oversee the successful delivery of a major commercial refurbishment for a well-known client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project from inception through to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Manage and mitigate risks, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, presenting updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing commercial fit-out projects, ideally in London.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality fit-outs on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of commercial construction processes and regulations.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
