With a strong reputation for delivering some of the most ambitious and large-scale projects across the UK and internationally, they are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a background in mechincal engineering to lead and deliver complex construction initiatives.
The Role:
- Oversee Mechincal elements within construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to keep work progressing smoothly.
- Report to senior management with regular updates on project milestones and challenges.
- Ensure all Mechincal work meets required safety and quality standards.
- Assist senior project managers and directors with project coordination and problem-solving.
What You Need:
- Strong background in Mechincal engineering with experience managing M&E construction projects valued between £3 million and £5 million.
- Ability to take projects from tender to final handover.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating with different trades.
- A hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
- Dealing with large technical electrical packages on large scale commercial builds, laboratories, hospitals, datacentres or complex residential projects.
