Position: HVAC Project Manager

Location: London and the South East

Duration: Permanent

Salary: from £50,000 to £70,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a full time, permanent position

This position will be managing a broad range of HVAC projects with multi million pound values throughout the South of England.

The right person for this position will come from a strong technical HVAC background with the experience in running all aspects of an HVAC project. They need to be able to complete estimates for projects, deal with health and safety documentation, negotiate with suppliers, deal with full profit and loss, site surveys, site preparation meetings and sub contractor management.

We will require this person to have a strong technical background so that they can give support to the client and sub contactors.

We have a preference of this person holding a minimum of a HNC or equivalent within a HVAC discipline.

Requirements

• Extensive experience dealing with HVAC Project Management
• Experience in dealing with multi million poundHVAC Projects
• Must be able to manage all financial responsibilities
• Minimum of a HNC in Engineering
• Must have at least one HVAC qualification
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements
• Need to be able to provide technical support
