Sonic Summary

A client is seeking a new Project Lead to start on March 24th due to the previous lead's departure for personal reasons.
Interviews will begin this week for a project involving a luxury apartment block with 32 units.
The project features a glass facade and substantial brickwork, currently at the facades and internals stages.
The selected candidate will need to have at least 5 years of experience in project management.
Salary details are competitive and commensurate with experience.

I am currently looking for an individual to join my client for a 24th March commencement.

Their current Project Lead has had to leave for personal reasons and it is imperative that they are able to get a suitable applicant to commence ASAP with them.

Interviews to commence this week to deliver a luxury apartment block (32 units), which includes a glass feature facade as well as a substantial brickwork pacakge. This RC frame apartment building is at facades / internals stages and has 12 months left to run.
