Working with main contractors on commercial fit out projects providing high end flooring.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Manage client expectations with a professional, considered approach to projects.
- Communication with main contractors
- Day to day Client interaction
- Ensuring team is delivering on time within budget
Requirements for Project Manager:
- Experience working as a fit out flooring Project Manager
- Strong joinery experience
- Experience working as a Project Manager on projects valued up to 4 million
- Commercial flooring experience
