Project Manager

Salary: 75,000 to 80,000 per annum
We are actively looking to secure a Project Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with a strong passion for process improvement and business analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in enterprise organisations, identifying inefficiencies, and driving strategic process enhancements. This role requires a mix of project management expertise, analytical thinking, and hands-on business process transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management initiatives focused on process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements.
Develop and implement process improvement frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Utilize data-driven insights to assess project performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
Facilitate workshops, process mapping exercises, and stakeholder meetings to gather and document requirements.
Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance standards in an enterprise environment.
Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while implementing mitigation strategies.
Report on project progress, success metrics, and impact to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on process improvement and business analysis.
Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Hands-on experience in large enterprise environments, dealing with complex projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or Asana.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work across departments, influencing at all levels.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
