Project Manager (CAT A/B Fit-Out) - Central London

Salary: 80,000 + Benefits

We are working with a well-established main contractor who is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple CAT A/B fit-out schemes across Central London. The projects will vary in value, ranging from 70k to 400k. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a strong track record in delivering high-quality fit-out projects within the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

• Writing and managing detailed project programmes, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

• Managing client relationships, ensuring all stakeholder requirements are met and exceeded.

• Leading and coordinating site teams, ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Monitoring project costs and ensuring financial performance aligns with project budgets.

• Ensuring all health & safety, compliance, and quality control standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

• Reporting directly to senior management, providing regular updates on project progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fit-out sector, specifically CAT A/B projects.

• Strong experience managing multiple projects with values from 70k to 400k.

• Ability to write and manage project programmes (using tools like MS Project or similar).

• Experience within the Central London construction market.

• Strong understanding of budget management, programme planning, and client liaison.

• Experience in managing all stages of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to delivery.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams on site.
