Project Manager (CAT A/B Fit-Out) - Central London
Salary: 80,000 + Benefits

We are working with a well-established main contractor who is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple CAT A/B fit-out schemes across Central London. The projects will vary in value, ranging from 70k to 400k. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a strong track record in delivering high-quality fit-out projects within the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Writing and managing detailed project programmes, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

Managing client relationships, ensuring all stakeholder requirements are met and exceeded.

Leading and coordinating site teams, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Monitoring project costs and ensuring financial performance aligns with project budgets.

Ensuring all health & safety, compliance, and quality control standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting directly to senior management, providing regular updates on project progress.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fit-out sector, specifically CAT A/B projects.

Strong experience managing multiple projects with values from 70k to 400k.

Ability to write and manage project programmes (using tools like MS Project or similar).

Experience within the Central London construction market.

Strong understanding of budget management, programme planning, and client liaison.

Experience in managing all stages of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to delivery.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams on site.
