Our client is a luxury brand retailer, the store development team is seeking a Construction Project Manager to drive the expansion and development of one of the world’s leading top luxury store. The team is responsible for creating stunning spaces, including premium shopping areas and world-class dining environments.

About the Role: The role involves managing the delivery of exciting projects, partnering with top designers, architects, and concession partners. You will oversee multiple contractors, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, and manage both program and commercial aspects of capital projects. Stakeholders include senior executives, design leads from luxury brands, and Michelin-starred chefs. You'll also support statutory requirements and internal approval procedures.

The role requires a hands-on approach, working closely with the Senior Project Manager and occasionally supporting the Director of Store Development.

About You:

  • Degree in Building Surveying is a must 
  • Experience in commercial environments such as restaurants, luxury hotels, and public spaces is favourable 
  • Strong knowledge of H&S/CDM protocols and kitchen/public space design
  • Excellent attention to detail, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with and lead diverse technical teams
  • Passion for supporting and understanding the core retail business
