Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities
Health & Safety (H&S):
1. Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
2. H&S Reviews with SOCOTEC/Project Management (PM)
3. Friday Packs
4. Accident Book Reports
5. PPE Ordering and Enforcement
Time Management:
1. Programme Updates
2. Subcontractor Coordination
3. Material Call-Offs
4. Weekly Progress Reports
Quality Assurance:
1. Weekly Progress Reports
2. Snagging Lists
3. Handover Forms & Practical Completion Certification
Communications:
1. Request for Information (RFI) Management
2. Client Meetings and DABS Attendance
Commercial Responsibilities:
1. Monthly Valuations & Variations
Logistics & Deliveries:
1. Booking Deliveries into Site
2. Delivery Coordination and Information Sharing
3. High-Risk Delivery Inspections
Salary & Benefits:
£55,000 - £75,000 pa (DOE)
20 days holiday + paid Christmas shutdown annually + bank holidays (inc. optional bank holidays when they occur)
BUPA healthcare after successful completion of probation (review at 6 months)
