ACR are currently working with a leading residential business who are currentlyseeking a driven Project Manager to join their team on their Central London based project.
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate will lead their own project team to the smooth delivery of 250 rc frame apartments.
As Project Manager you be responsible for the coordination of all project disciplines in conjunction with the senior leadership team, managing the design and ultimately delivering a high-quality job, safely and on programme.
The ideal candidate would come from either a well known developer / contractor background and have expeience working on large RC Frame schemes.
Our client are seeking a well rounded candidate, comfortable with both internals and externals whilst having sound understanding of the build process and be comfortable managing a team.

The scheme is a large residential-led mixed use development in the heart of Central London, offering an exciting project in a vibrant location.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a strategic link between the design department, commercial team, and site.
- Produce accurate, consistent, and professional records, reports and general information.
- Ensure all company processes are being adhered to on a project-by-project basis.
- Manage and coordinate sub-contract and direct labour workforces.
- Risk Management, including development and implementation of a Project Risk Register
- Work closely with Project Commercial Team for procurement and budget management. Helping to develop scopes for tender packages, reviewing tender submissions and involvement with sub-contractor selection.
Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering a large number of units on major RC frame developments from start to finish
- Any construction qualifications (Degrees, NVQs, HNCs) (preferred, not essential).
- In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety and other regulatory matters.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proactive and adaptable attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Candidates should have the appropriate work permit or the right to work in the UK.
