Project Manager – London Architecture studio - £50K
An exciting opportunity for a project manager to join a leading London Architecture studio has become available.
As PM you will come from an architecture or design background and will work closely with the Senior PM whilst collaborating with the internal and external project teams.
As the PM duties will include assisting on the delivery of our contracted deliverables for the interior and architectural design of luxury hotel projects internationally.
Experience & qualifications
• Degree or equivalent qualification in project management
• 3-5 years of demonstrable relevant project management experience– ideally in a high-end design or architectural firm. However, please note that this is not a design role.
Skills and abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and MS Projects.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and able to work well under pressure and to multiple strict timelines.
Responsibilities
• Project specific documentation: Prepare project documentation as instructed by the client’s commercial and project management team.
• Variations: Prepare VO’s, price and negotiate for the successful approval of variations and additional fee bids.
• Project Reports and Programmes: Prepare and maintain project reports and programmes.
• Resource management: Prepare and update project resource plans on the ERP system
• Invoicing: Work with the internal Finance and Administration team to prepare the monthly billing in accordance with contract terms
