Job Title: Project Manager - Net Zero Carbon
Location: London - Hybrid & Flexible Working
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (Basic Salary)

We are looking for a Net Zero Carbon Project Manager to join a top-tier Principal Contractor within their Social Housing Maintenance and Refurbishment Team. Covering London, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and refine quality management processes to ensure seamless documentation control, reporting, and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist project teams and Document Controllers with the reporting and coordination of Net Zero Carbon (NZC) initiatives.
- Advise and collaborate with clients to define Net Zero project strategies, leveraging asset data to enhance funding opportunities.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and timely insights to support informed decision-making.
- Provide technical training and support to ensure compliance with key industry frameworks (e.g., PAS 2030, PAS 2035, MCS, Building Regulations).
- Partner with Design Managers to enhance the quality of project designs and technical documentation.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with social landlords and public sector clients, guiding them through their net-zero investment journey while also identifying opportunities for business growth.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector.
- Client-Focused Mindset: Strong ability to build lasting relationships with public sector clients, social landlords, and key stakeholders.
- Proven leadership in managing small teams.
- Degree-qualified in construction, environmental science, or a related field.
- Specialist knowledge in decarbonisation and retrofit projects, including industry best practices.
- Experience working with Energy Company Funding or Government Grants related to energy efficiency.
- Previous exposure to public sector housing or social landlords (advantageous but not mandatory).
