My client is an award winning landscape design and build company with decades of experience, working across London and the Home Counties. Specialising in Commercial landscape projects with Tier 1 contractors.

The ideal candidate will have Commercial Landscaping experience.

Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities

 Health & Safety (H&S):

1. Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS):
2. H&S Reviews with SOCOTEC/Project Management (PM):
3. Friday Packs:
4. Accident Book Reports:
5. PPE Ordering and Enforcement

 Time Management:

1. Programme Updates:
2. Subcontractor Coordination
3. Material Call-Offs
4. Weekly Progress Reports

 Quality Assurance:

1. Weekly Progress Reports
2. Snagging Lists
3. Handover Forms & Practcal Completion Certification:

Communications:

1. Request for Information (RFI) Management
2. Client Meetings and DABS Attendance

 Commercial Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Valuations & Variations       

Logistics & Deliveries:

1. Booking Deliveries into Site:
2. Delivery Coordination and Information Sharing:
3. High-Risk Delivery Inspections:
