A leading Tier one contractor is seeking for a number one PM to join their growing business on a full-time basis.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for taking upcoming projects from inception to completion, deliver project management and contract administration through the project life cycle, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, provide mentorship, and upskill Senior Construction Managers and Assistant Project Managers.

Job Objectives

• Programming, planning, and running the job

Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets.

• Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.

• Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.

• Review and approve cost loaded schedules.

• Run and lead client and other required meetings.

• Track and ensure equipment meets the project schedule.

• Review and approve final invoices, payment applications, retention payments.

• Oversee and manage the transfer of the building operations to the client including all close out documentation and warrant, Overall delivery of the job

Skills / Experience Required

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working for a Tier one contractor within High End Residential Refurbishment, must have CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. Should the above job be of interest to you then please send your up to date cv to the email below
