My client are a reputable main contractor who are looking for an experiencedProject Managerto join their team in London! Projects range from large new build andrefurbishment residential schemes.Their sustained growth makes this a veryexciting time to join! (PERM)

Ideal candidate:
- Ambitious and driven individual who has proven longevity in previous roles.
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 background
- Experience working on large schemes.
- Experience working on conversions projects.
- Organised individual who has excellent programme management skills.
Duties include:
- Overall management of the site workforce andbeing a line manager for theQuantity Surveyors and Site Managers.
- Successfully directing the site management team through each phase of the project.
- Ensuring Health, Safety and Quality is managed effectively.
- Continuously evaluatingsub-contractor capabilitiesadvising Directors of their performance.
- Identifying potential issues on site at the early stages and notifying Directors.
- SupportingSite Managers with any build issues during the planning phase of the project.
