Are you a highly experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex Cut & Carve CAT A and B fit-out projects in the heart of London?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead a challenging and rewarding project in the City of London. This project involves a unique Cut & Carve approach to a CAT A and B fit-out, requiring a deep understanding of existing building structures and a meticulous approach to design and construction.

This is your opportunity to:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the project from initial design through to completion.
• Oversee a team of architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, adhering to strict deadlines and client expectations.
• Experience with Cut & Carve
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring timely completion of the project.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on Cut & Carve CAT A and B fit-out projects, ideally within the City of London.
• Strong understanding of existing building structures and the complexities of working within a live environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• A proactive and problem-solving approach, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and overcome challenges.
• Open to both freelance and permanent
