Project Manager - 15m Structural Refurbishment
Location: Central London
Salary: 85,000 - 95,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a prestigious 15m structural refurbishment project in Central London. This is a high-profile project within the commercial refurbishment sector, and we are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record of delivering complex schemes of a similar nature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Take full responsibility for the management of the 15m structural refurbishment project, from inception to completion.
- Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project goals.
- Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of site managers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring high levels of performance, safety, and compliance.
- Cost Control: Oversee project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery, and manage issues as they arise.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all aspects of the project adhere to strict health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring key milestones are met.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A strong background in the London commercial refurbishment sector, with proven experience managing projects of a similar scale and complexity.
- Track Record: A successful history of delivering structural refurbishment projects of 10m+ within tight deadlines and budgets.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders across different disciplines.
- Skills: Strong project management, budgeting, risk management, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
