Our client is a specialist subcontractor who operate exclusively within the residential market, specialising in drylining, SFS, and cladding projects. Boasting an annual turnover of £38M, they have been in business for over 20 years.
Due to an increase in upcoming work they are seeking a Project Manager to run a £3M drylining package for a large developer on a high spec residential project. The role is being offered on a permanent basis and reports into a visiting Contract Manager. Our client has a busy order book for the coming year and is looking for long term players in their construction team.
You will be responsible for the Drylining and SFS package, worth £3M. The client can be contractual and has very high standards so we are searching for a strong Drylining Project Manager who can be number one on site.
As a Drylining Project Manager, you will need to have experience of managing projects up to £3M, working with top tier Developers such as The Berkeley Group or Barratts. You will come with a sound knowledge of their systems, processes and procedures in order to deliver a £3M drylining package in Central London.
You will need to have sound knowledge of drywall systems as well as experience with SFS and have worked on large scale residential developments with the associated strict Health and Safety protocols required to deliver. You must have an NVQ Level 7 or above and a stable employment history, working for specialist drylining subcontractors.
In addition to the above you must be computer literate.
