Key responsibilities of an Ductwork Project Manager:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

    • Review and interpret HVAC blueprints and specifications to understand project requirements.
    • Develop detailed project schedules and timelines, including material procurement and labor allocation.
    • Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost control.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Technical Expertise:

    • Possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including design principles, installation methods, and equipment selection.
