Project Manager - High End Fit Out - London

My client have an outstanding reputation in the high end fit out sector with over 40 years of experience. Due to their previous project success, they have a strong order book specifically in the high end residential or leisure projects such as hotels, apartments, and restaurants.
Currently they are seeking a project manager who has previous experience in high end fit out & joinery projects. Ideally you would have also worked on high end residential or leisure projects such as hotels, apartments, and restaurants ranging up to 10m+.
Project ManagerRequirements:
- Extensive project management experience on fit out projects
- Experience managing contracts circa 10M + as a Project Manager.
- Third level qualification in a construction related subject or trades background with extensive management experience.
- Fully competent in H&S.
- CSCS Black Card is desirable.
Project Manager Salary:
