Kenna Recruitment are representing a fit-out contractor who is actively seeking to recruit a Project Lead to join the team. My client has successfully won a range of large commercial fit-out projects across the London and surrounding Counties region including framework agreements and ongoing contracts with a large clientele.

About the role:
The main purpose you will have been delivering the projects from start to finish and liaising working alongside a Project Manager giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.
The ideal candidate can have experience in managing commercial fit out schemes Cat A & Cat B and Cut and Carve projects varying from £1million to £10 million in value , you will be the project lead on site reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

- Work is done in the highest standard.

- Meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First aid cert
