We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in fit-out projects to lead the delivery of a large Data Centre expansion in Canary Wharf. Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing
As the Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the fit-out project, including:
- Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Leading project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Our client is a leading construction firm known for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. They are currently managing the expansion of a large Data Centre in Canary Wharf, a six-storey new building within a live data centre campus. The project features concrete cores with a steel structure, curtain wall and rainscreen cladding façades, and a high-specification M&E fit-out.
